Description

Today was supposed to be my last chemotherapy. But it's not. So I'm dropping this spontaneous episode to let out all the feelings I have about it, but of course, I have plenty.

Thanks to an allergic reaction to chemo (taxol, specifically) that plan got widely sidetracked and I still have two more months to go. While I'm sad I'm not done today as originally planned, I'm also weirdly thankful I'm still going through chemo because honestly, I am scared for life after active cancer treatment.

In my mission of facing fear and bringing you right along with me, I share some amazing insight I gained this week through the book I'm reading called, "Everyday Strength: A Cancer Patients Guide to Spiritual Survival."
