Description
Coming to terms that we do have a drinking problem and need help is sometimes one of the hardest hurdles for us to get over. In this episode I have the opportunity to talk to Ben K. The more I got to talk to Ben on and off air the more were could see how relatable we are with our drinking problems and being alcoholics.
Not sure where to start you can always find a local AA meeting in your town or online.
