DNA testing is incredibly expensive. that's why if the state is 100% sure they're definitely not going to test it. I do agree that it should be tested.

I thought they said the blood was dry and when the police chief threw him over his shoulder he didn't get blood on his shirt? but if Tommy shot himself right before calling wouldn't there have been blood everywhere?
