Arlene McGruder (actress, writer, comic, producer; And Just Like That, Law & Order: Organized Crime, Young Rock, Fk’d Up & Fabulous) is a founding member of The BlackHERthePen collective and brings award-winning performances and productions to film, television, and theater.

The Building Doors campaign is pushing for equal opportunities in voice-over, especially in male-dominated spaces like sports. We spotlight female voice actors voicing ads originally  voiced by men, challenging brands and agencies to embrace gender diversity.
