** A chance encounter between two women at a bus stop takes an unexpected turn in this dark comedy at the intersection of catcalling and violence. Smile, Baby explores the hilarious, frightening, bizarre experience of street embarrassments through sketch, song, and even a streetwise fashion show.
Savannah Dooley is a screenwriter best known for her work on the teen drama Huge (ABC Family). Her short film Snapshot has been featured in Outfest and Palm Springs International Shortfest, and her directorial debut, Dream Couch Sold Separately, won Best Filmed Short Screenplay at the Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival.
