Description
NHS reservists are members of the public who have signed up to work for the NHS. People currently working as NHS reservists have taken up roles in COVID-19 and flu vaccination programmes, helped to run hospital wards and supported the running of their local NHS services. To find out more, I spoke with Sarah Kench - Reservist and Workforce Supply Manager for the Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board - all about how the scheme is running in our area.
