Randy shared that the upcoming Chamber Mixer will feature four ribbon cuttings—an important way to celebrate new members and promote their businesses through media exposure, social channels, and community recognition.

Randy highlighted the success of the Chamber’s ongoing Third Thursday Breakfast and Business Workshops, which continue to draw 30–40 members eager to learn and connect. The most recent session featured author and speaker Scott Stein, whose book Leadership Hacks offers practical ways to streamline operations and improve workplace efficiency. These monthly gatherings provide not only valuable education but also an opportunity for networking and idea-sharing among local entrepreneurs, all at no cost to members.

Looking ahead, the Chamber is gearing up for the 29th Annual Business Expo and Taste of the Valley, set for Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Desert Diamond Casino. The event will showcase over 80 vendors and 10 restaurants, giving attendees a chance to sample local flavors and connect with area businesses. Admission is free, with $2 tasting tickets available for generous food samples. Randy also mentioned the Chamber’s continued efforts with its Leadership Program and the ElevateEd AZ Workforce Development initiative in partnership with Sahuarita Unified School District, helping students and professionals prepare for future career paths.
