In this edition, we will start reproducing the audios from the International Seminar "Automation and Digitization in Contemporary Capitalism”, an initiative organized by GEPD, Digilabour and NETS. All the lectures are in English.

The objective of the seminar is to promote high-level debates on key themes associated with the development and dissemination of information and communication technologies in today's world.

In the first episode, the guest is Cédric Durand, professor of Economy at the University of Geneva, in Switzerland, who will speak about his most recent book, “Techno-feudalism: critique of the digital economy”, published in 2020. The mediation of the event is up to Esther Majerowicz, from GEPD.
