Olympic gold medallist Katherine Grainger presents the 2014 International Women's Day Lecture.

Ms Grainger, who took up rowing as a student at Edinburgh, won gold in the Double Sculls at the London Olympics in 2012.

Louise Martin, Vice Chair of the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, also speaks.
