In the first episode of Grass & Roots, Toree shares her journey from being a quiet observer to jumping into the world of political change. Growing up in South Louisiana, she’s always been progressive, but it wasn’t until the 2025 election that she felt truly pushed to get involved. In this episode, Toree talks about how she’s been working to become more intentional, dive deeper into the issues, and build a stronger community by connecting with neighbors and learning from others who are already doing the work.
