This week the girls chat about so many random things that it is impossible to even describe it. It's a hodgepodge of epic proportions. Ranging from talking about the Home Run Derby National Anthem to their favorite block size. They are all over the place this week and are doing their best to keep PJ under control since Carson (Jon) is out and not home to wrangle the pup. They talk about David Letterman, Richard Simmons, Sweatin' to The Oldies, and even sourdough bread (when you lose your sew-jo, you go to sourdough!). Time to sit back and giggle your head off. Enjoy!

You know, it was funny because right after that health, I get lots of people that send me messages all the time.

And, you know, that's, I mean, it's, it's kind of one of those things that everybody wants to know.

There's there's no, you know, for me, I just stopped.

Now, one of my neighbors, as a kid, when I was growing up, he stopped drinking.

He had, he had a poodle and they went out fishing.

He couldn't stop drinking for his wife and his kids and his work and everything else like that.

It was just too difficult.

But he went fishing and took his toy poodle with him and lost the dog.

And he went back and you know, it was like 35 miles to get dark.

He dries back home and gets up the next morning and goes, looks for his dog.

He finds his dog, dog is fine.

But that's what stopped him from drinking.

And, you know, you just, everybody has their thing.

It's, it's, you know, I always say it's when you hit your 10 when you stop doing something or it's when you hit something else with this.

So I am just, you know, I'm, I'm really proud of you.

You know, you think of all like Trace Atkins with his struggles that he's had without all his, you know, drug addiction and all this stuff for people.

And I think that right now it used to be such a hush hush thing when someone went through rehab.

And now it's not a hush hush.

I mean, mental health issues are brought forefront and we can talk about them.

And there's no shame to it.

But are we doing enough to help the people that need it the most?

So, you know, it comes down to, again, the choices that you're making.

And there is a personal responsibility to that.

If they don't do the work, you know, if, if one of the things in counseling that they tell you to do is, you know, anytime you feel like smoking a cigarette, if that say this is the addiction you're trying to quit, and they have a rubber band on your wrist and you're supposed to snap yourself with a rubber band.

So that it reminds you, no, you don't need a cigarette.

You know, you do something else, take yourself on a different track.

If you don't ever snap the rubber band, even though you've been given a tool, it doesn't work.

So I think having it out and open that, it is okay to talk to people about it.

And even in the summertime, in the wintertime, it's my house is just always cold.

So, I have found that in my pantry, if I keep the pantry door shut, that's on the outside wall of my house.

So it's not hot in there, but it's warmer in there than what it is standing in my kitchen.

So I got different Dutch oven to cook in.

Because, you know, I felt like my mind wasn't the correct size to go with.

And I was putting ice cubes into my Dutch oven pan because the bottom of crust was so hard.

And that's what I was told to do.

And I was talking to D about it.

And so she did won the way I did it and won the way she did it.

And you didn't get the rise because you don't have the heat.

So then I've also started putting my oven.

You want to bake it at 425, but I set my oven at 450 degrees.

Because as soon as you open that oven door, you lose temperature.

So and I am also preheating my Dutch oven without the lid on it.

Oh, because that way I can, you know, the lid, I mean, because the lid otherwise is how long do you preheat your Dutch oven for?

When I put it in, tell my oven's preheated.

So you put it in.

And then when you, so are you heating your preheating to 450 or 50, that pan is now at 450.

So now when I open the door and I put the bread into it and I put the lid on it, I dropped down to 425.

So now my, because my pan is preheated, even if that oven temperature lowers itself because depending on how, yeah, I'm not cute at all for 10 minutes.

And then I do about eight minutes with the lid off just to brown it up.
