Think of one thing you did today. Something you avoided doing. Something you got frustrated doing and left it. A conversation you wanted to have but then left it or repressed it.
It probably wasn't a huge moment in your day.
However, could that moment be revealing to you a string of moments or could it be a mirror for how you are handling other bigger moments or bigger areas of life that are causing frustration and tension in your life?
