My aim with this piece is for younger people between the ages of 17-23 to gain a greater understanding of how to maintain their wellbeing beyond just physical activity. Many believe that the best solution to improving their wellbeing is with physical activity, but this is not the best solution for all. Moreover, even if physical activity is a great solution for many being equipped with a multitude of techniques to improve one’s wellbeing is only beneficial.
Please try and implement some of these techniques!
There are some real gems from William's Book on mindfulness and lord knows I am going to be putting some into practice myself!
