this is such a refreshing concept! I have never heard or thought of anything like this before. I know it's important to take breaks to recharge and to help prevent burnout. but this perspective is life changing. I'm definitely the goal getter type of person who's focused on being productive. whether its work related or doing something fun. im alwayys doing something. and at the same time feeling guilty for it both ways. like working too much but playing too much. lol the inner turmoil is exhausting. this past weekend I really allowed myself to just chill bc my friend from WA came to stay for about 5 days and she really just likes to chill. and it felt SO GOOD. so from this past week and this podcast my perspective on tasks, work, play and rest has shifted. 🤗 like this podcast has solidified and clearly narrated what was bubbling in the back of my mind. thank you 😊
