I’d heard a lot about dripping, having an IV drip full of vitamins and to be honest, I was really apprehensive about the whole concept of it. I shared my experience, including my apprehension because I figured that I’m apprehensive, others must be too and sharing is always a good idea to hopefully be helpful.

I did not expect it to spark such a huge conversation in my DMs and it became very evident that this needed to be turned into a Podcast.
