Ida Nilsson is back co-hosting this episode which focuses on Istria100 by UTMB. We interview Robert Hajnal, the Romanian winner of Istria100 and Swiss Luzia Buehler, who was second behind Ragna Debats.
We also discuss Patagonia Run in the Spartan Trail World Championships series. Next week we will also hear an interview with Sergio Pereyra from Argentina, who tied the win with Pau Capell.
IAU has awarded female and male Ultrarunner of the Year and there have been more national 100K championships.
