After a long and discouraging month of ministry at my workplace —where every effort to find common ground despite our differences seemed to fall short I experienced a profound spiritual awakening. As I reflected on Matthew 4:23 , which tells of Jesus teaching in synagogues, proclaiming the good news, and healing every disease and sickness, I realized that while Jesus focused on physical healing, we are called to carry forward His work of spiritual healing. This revelation renewed my commitment to the mission, reminding me that sometimes, offering a listening ear can be more powerful than delivering a message. It is in that listening that the value exchange begins.
