JFK Live: Join Us to Discuss the Bill Harvey Travel Records, plus a New Study of the 'Backyard Photos'
Description
Join JFK Live co-hosts Larry Schnapf and Chad Nagle for a discussion of all things JFK. Tonight, two longtime JFK Facts participants will talk about their most recent work.
Jack Reid will discuss his research from the new JFK files into CIA assassination chief Bill Harvey’s cover arrangements in the run-up to Nov. 22, 1963, when a State Department official claimed he saw him on a plane to Dallas. Jack broke the story on JFK Facts today.
The House Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets is still working to secure records from CIA, FBI and elsewhere. High on the list are Bill Harvey’s travel records in fall 1963. Could some of them actually be held by the Federal Aviation Administration?
Read Jack Reid’s sensational story and join the conversation tonight.
We’ll also welcome an old friend and previous podcast guest, Steve Jaffe, a former investigator for New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison.
He will present an overview of his latest findings on the authenticity — or lack thereof — of the so-called “backyard photos” of Lee Harvey Oswald. Under arrest, the accused assassin labeled these images as fabrications, and many researchers have long believed they looked fake.
Join us tonight (and every Thursday night) at 8 p.m. ET.
The podcast is a big Zoom call, open to all. Comments and questions are welcome.
