This girl was abducted and murdered by a construction worker whom probably had been watching her. And they may not be local at all. A lot of workers travel about. Just my opinion.

Jennifer Kesse is stated to be 5'7 - 5'8 inches tall. The FBI estimates the suspect who parked Jessica's car at the Huntington Green apartments to be between 5'3 - 5'5 inches tall. Yet, the local police noted that the car seat was adjusted for someone taller than Jessica. (?) This doesn't add up. I don't know how important this detail might be, but wouldn't the suspect then be somewhat taller than 5'8? Unless he moved the seat back all the way before exiting the car to throw them off. If so, l hope they dusted for fingerprints on the (top and bottom side) of the lever used to adjust the seat.

What time of day were the images of the suspect captured? If this was 1 mile away from the condo complex, and happens to be in the morning sometime, and presume that he is wearing a painters uniform. We could assume he is making his way to work at the condos. Are there any cameras along this route that may have captured anything? My guess is he didn't have his own vehicle and used Jennifer's vehicle to dispose of her body, and then use her vehicle to travel to work. He parked some distance away for obvious reasons.
