Khatija Aslam is a job-sharing Global Innovation Marketing Lead for Zespri and Founder of Moxy, a platform that ignites important conversations about building inclusive workplaces. Originally from Pakistan, Khatija is a mom of 3 girls. She grew up in Malaysia and has called Singapore home for over 18 years now.
With close to 15 years in corporate life, Khatija was inspired by her own experiences and the stories of other career-driven women, to found Moxy, with the goal of creating environments that support all working women, particularly mothers, in balancing their career and family responsibilities. Moxy has partnered with organizations like Lean In, LinkedIn, and others, striving to foster meaningful behavior change and push for more family-friendly workspaces.
