Jon Coffman is the head men's basketball coach at Purdue Fort Wayne. He took over the role in 2014 after serving as an assistant coach for the team. Under his leadership, Purdue Fort Wayne has achieved significant success, including winning conference championships and participating in postseason tournaments.

Coffman has a reputation for developing strong offensive strategies and for building a competitive program in the Horizon League.  His coaching career has been marked by a commitment to player development and creating a winning culture.

He has been recognized for his coaching success, and was named Horizon League Coach of the Year in 2022 after guiding the Mastodons to a regular-season title.
