Jon Cowan is a husband, father, business owner, and a self-proclaimed Millennial who got his start working for a small pizza company in Orland Park, Illinois. After working his way up the ladder, he purchased the business as a young twenty-something. Now, he and his wife own Wooden Paddle, an artisan restaurant in downtown Lemont, Illinois that specializes in amazing food and cocktails. His story is one of struggle, hard work, and the importance of having people in your corner.
