In this episode Mandy discusses her journey into the tech industry, including her first job working with Avdi Grimm, and explains why she thinks podcasting plays such an important role in the field, in helping the world talk about tech. She also highlights how podcasts can help cultivate more open communities and help make the industry more diverse and accessible to those who have been marginalised and pushed out in the past.
