The Sag Harbor Village Police Department released Justin Timberlake‘s mug shot today, with the singer’s famous blue eyes bloodshot and glassy, his stare, unmussed hair and just-so beard that of someone long used to having his picture taken.

Timberlake was arraigned and released from custody this morning after he was charged with driving while intoxicated in Sag Harbor, New York, last night. The Grammy-winning singer spent the night in Sag Harbor’s jail.

Sag Harbor police say he was pulled over after he ran through a stop sign and his 2025 BMW was weaving along the road. He is next scheduled to virtually appear in court on July 26, the same day he’s set to begin a two-night stand in Krakow, Poland.

According to The Neighborhood Talk, a female Chris Brown fan nabbed a Columbus, Ohio meet and greet photo with the singer.

Officials this week removed the last traffic signs from a Los Angeles neighborhood to cleanse the area of its anti-gay past.

The signs that read "No cruising. No U-turns. Midnight to 6 am" were posted around the Silver Lake neighborhood in 1997, with the intent to curb gay men from roaming the streets to hook up, The Los Angeles Times reported.
