The interview we conducted with Obeida Takriti about the stereotypes and misconceptions around Tripoli, concludes that this northern city can be promoted as a city of: 
Love: Tripoli is a safe space for its inhabitants, and its arms are open to all the Lebanese who live in it. 
Creativity: Tripoli stores an enormous potential for creative thinkers, craftsmen, industrialists, youth and entrepreneurs, and it could be a creative center for Lebanon and the region.
Revolution: Tripoli can be the center and gate for a popular uprising, by it not accepting small reforms nor settling for the current system. 
Obeida elaborated the idea of stereotypes and misconceptions around Tripoli by giving tangible example from the daily life while stressing on the fact that some of these misconceptions might be harmful for te local community, and by the end of our discussion he gave three recommendations: 
First recommendation:  Every person living in Tripoli should find a healthy manner to sustain a positive interaction with his/her surroundings, even if it implies going beyond their comfort zone, and searching for an effective role for him/ her, starting with the neighborhood in which he/she lives, and not accepting the status quo in which Tripoli is stagnant. 
Second recommendation: In order to activate Tripoli's role on the political map, civic groups in Tripoli must not only articulate demands only, but rather seek to play a political role, and create a political vision, because politics should not be monopolized by certain regions, classes and groups.
Third recommendation: We must stop dealing with Tripoli as an isolated island, and break everything that this concept implies, because Tripoli is not a space for dissociation, but rather for melting pot for its surroundings, especially after we realized class, regional, cultural and educational segregation and marginalization
Obeida concludes, that ‘’Kabse’’ the podcast allows new and different voices to emerge in Tripoli and open a space for organic debates much needed in this city.
 

مقابل الإسقاطات والمفاهيم النمطية التي ناقشناها مع عبيدة تكريتي، يرى أنه يمكن الترويج لثلاثة مصلحطات عن هذه المدينة الشمالية

الحب: أي أن طرابلس حاضنة لأبنائها وذراعيها مفتوحة لجميع اللبنانيين الذين يسكنون 

الابداع: تختزن طرابلس قدرات ابداعية هائلة لملهمين وحرفيين وصناعيين وشباب وأصحاب مبادرات، وبإمكانها أن تكون مركز ابداع للبنان والمنطقة  

الثورة: يمكن لطرابلس أن تكون مفتاح الثورة الشعبية عبر عدم الارتضاء بهذا النظام أو القبول بتغييرات صغيرة وترقيعية 
 استفاض عبيدة بإعطاء الأمثلة والشواهد المتعلقة بالصورة النمطية عن طرابلس، وسلط الضوء على مخاطر بعض الإسقاطات، وفي نهاية نقاشنا قدّم 3 توصيات
أولًا: على كل شخص في طرابلس أن يتفاعل بطريقة إيجابية ومباشرة مع محيطه - حتى لو انكسرت الصورة المتخيلة في رأسه - وأن يفتش عن دور فعالٍ له، بدءًا من الحي الذي يعيش فيه، وعدم القبول بالمسلمات التي تكبل مستقبل طرابلس 

ثانيًا: ومن أجل تفعيل دور طرابلس على الخريطة السياسية، على المجموعات المدنية في طرابلس أن لا تقبل بأداء دور مطلبي فحسب، وإنما السعي للعب دور سياسي، وأن تصنع رؤية سياسية، لأن السياسة ليست حكرًا على مناطق وطبقات وفئات معينة 

ثالثًا: لا بد أن نتوقف عن التعاطي مع طرابلس كأنها جزيرة معزولة، وأن نكسر كل ما يعبر عن هذا المفهوم، لأن طرابلس ليس مساحة للانفضال، وإنما للاتصال بكل ما حولها، بعد أن أدركنا ضريبة الانفصال الطبقي والمناطقي والثقافي والتعليمي 
ويقول عبيدة أن بودكاست "كبسة" يحفز على سماع أصوات مختلفة، فتح مساحة نقاشات عضوية في طرابلس
