Dr. Colt has served as the Medical Director for the Gary and Mary West PACE since 2018 and is a family physician with more than two decades of clinical practice experience, including a deep background in academic medicine and leadership in managed care environments. A decorated war veteran, Dr. Colt served two combat tours in Iraq and retired after 24 years as an Army Colonel.
