1. Out of the 9 marks that Paul uses to describe his life, which do you resonate with the most and why?
2. As you seek to live like Jesus, what trials have you personally come across in your life? In what ways has God shown His grace to you in those times?
3. Paul says in vs 12 "Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted." What role does the local church play in preparing for and responding to persecution?
4. Paul says in vs 13 "evil and imposters will go on from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived." How can you as a local church member play a part in identifying and combating these "imposters" that seek to infiltrate the church?
