Keith Hackett was FIFA referee from 1981 to 1991, the former general manager of the PGMOL and is a UEFA referee expert. Keith has refereed matches in the Premier League, FA Cup (2 Finals), Community Shield (1 Final), Euros, Olympics, World Cup qualifiers, UEFA Cup, UEFA Cup Winners' Cup and U-20 World Cup. He spoke about his time as a referee, key attributes that make for successful referees and and the current state of refereeing in the Premier League.
