Discussing my dad's death I admit something that I have been thinking about for the past 15 years. I find out some shocking things and start to realize that everything I thought I knew might be a lie... I can't believe I am putting this on the internet. 

I got some updates and a little bit further than I thought I would.  yay me!

In my new series "Figuring out who I am" I start from the beginning with healing childhood trauma Discussing all the things that have been weighing on my heart and mind. I am starting from my childhood until now as an adult. 

Personal growth is not all rainbows and sunshine. You can not have light without the dark. You need to work through the darkness so you can spend more time in the light. I am showing you want shadow work looks like. 

This is me real, raw, and unfiltered. So follow along as I work on figuring out who I am as an adult. 

Each week or maybe even multiple times a week. I want to talk about all the significant events that have happened in my life, how they have affected me and what I am doing to work through them. Basically therapy...
