S02E01 | Local filmmaker, Kiko Morah, gives us the low down on his new food documentary series on Amsterdam expats and the food they make to remember home (the series started production in early 2020). Kiko also talks about one of his other passions, making home brew beer in his Amsterdam Oost apartment, as well as other fermentation projects. There are also a few tips from Kiko on where to eat or drink in Amsterdam. And just for fun, we find time for a cross over with another radio show from Broadcast Amsterdam, the Amsterdam Film Show (which Cathy & Kiko also host), with a special segment sharing our very favourite films featuring food, including Chef, Big Night and of course, Tampopo.
