In this episode, Rita and I talk about how we are both processing and moving through difficulties in our own lives. We share some of the learning we are doing from the book Burnout by Emily and Amelia Nagoski and how interrelated everything is. The pillars and practices that seem to be helping us right now are having meaningful work/ contributing to society outside of our own micro worlds, as well as working with community care and what it means to be in authentic relationships.
