Look, this book is probably fine
But I HATED it because 5 chapters into the book and the freaking h is TSTL! Combative at the most inappropriate times and totally ridiculous! She DECIDED to take the Hâs hand and instead of just continuing with deciding to trust him, she gets all huffy and demanding and stubborn. IN THE MIDDLE OF A SPACESHIP BATTLE THAT WILL DEFINITELY KILL HER. She demands answers and just ignores that the H is trying to get them out of a bad situation without, you know, the endless soul-sucking darkness of space killing them, and she is being a brat about it. TOO STUPID TO LIVE! TSTL. Ugh!

Looking for Love on a Primitive Planet
I received an advanced copy of this book. This is my honest review.
Our hero, Korzak, is an alien prince on a mission: Find his fated mate, as foretold by the Oracle. The problem is that she's from a primitive planet in the middle of nowhere, doesn't sound super excited about the idea of fated mates and , oh yeah, she's bee kidnapped by the enemy of his people the CAT. But that's not going to stop him. Olivia is his fated mate.
Our heroine, Olivia, is a bit down on her luck at the moment. She just ended a long term relationship and got fired. She is currently in a relationship with her couch, ice cream and Star Trek. But her pity party is interrupted by a good 'ol fashioned alien abduction which is quickly followed by a rescue from a hot alien hunk. Things are looking up!
Overall, this was a very enjoyable fun romantic romp. There was a lot of action, and some comedy, as our romantic duo try to escape the CAT and Korzak tries to blend in with the locals. I also loved the Oracle. It made my inner geek happy. There were a few things that I think could have been improved. At one point, the hero and heroine are alone for 20 hours together in close quarters and the author didn't use that time to have them talk or get to know one another. I think that was a wasted opportunity. But really the positives outweigh the negatives in this fun sci-fi romance.
