Description

Over one hundred volunteers, including staff from LA Twenty-Eight, Delta Air Lines, and Heal the Bay, gathered at Venice Beach for a major community clean-up event, marking the first step in the LA Twenty-Eight volunteer program. The event, coinciding with International Volunteer Day, cleared trash from more than a mile of coastline and reflected LA Twenty-Eights dedication to environmental resilience. This clean-up is part of LA Twenty-Eights Resilient by Nature initiative, aiming to build a more sustainable future. More volunteer opportunities are planned before official Games-time roles open in the summer of 2026.
