In today's heartfelt installment, I sit down with my husband of 14 years to reflect on his vibrant childhood and the choices he made in his younger years that led him away from his relationship with God. He has faced the difficult journey of drug addiction which led him to being a missionary at the age of 17 at an organization called Youth For Christ in Cape Town.
Over the next few years, he wrestles with issues of identity, belonging, and the challenges of receiving love and dealing with rejection. As he shares his story, he emphasizes that the strength to navigate these challenges comes from his faith in God.
