La conscience.



Dans cet épisode, j'aborde ma pratique de la Pleine Conscience, mais aussi plusieurs outils qui m'ont été utiles pour élever ma conscience. Je soulèves certains questionnements pour soutenir cette pratique au quotidien.



Mon grand souhait avec Ame et Ego, c'est de permettre l'expansion de la conscience collective et de permettre des échanges constructifs sur des thèmes en lien avec l'esprit et la spiritualité. Les commentaires sont toujours les bienvenus.
