I’m excited to begin our core classes for the Zodiac Energy Empowerment Series™!!
Our fifth In Person (only) class for Aquarius ♒️ will be adjusting our frequency Laughing Yoga for this class w/ Elizabeth Faubert & Katriel.

Scope of Today's Class:
We will be guided through a unique experience that will allow us to step outside our comfort zone. Even if you are not in the mood to laugh, it's actually the best time to come. We will be encouraged to laugh at things that may normally make us cry. The key is to stay open-minded. As we laugh our frequency shifts and we create new thoughts & emotions connected to what we are laughing about. I encourage you to bring your struggles to this class and watch the medicine of laughter take effect.
The Big Picture:
Watch your intention from the class & the series be shaken up & shift frequency. Notice where you might be feeling heaviness in regards to your intention before the class become lighter & send a clearer message to the Youinverse/Universe of what you are calling in.
Laughter Yoga Has Many Proven Benefits

This series is to give you the sacred space to explore each zodiac energy individually through an activity and on your own time integrate your experience to go deeper on your journey. We are experiencing this series over 12 weeks (the 12 core classes) with also several intro classes and the last celebration class/ festival.
