Our main focus in this discussion is the Georgia EMS Leadership Program, which serves as a bridge from truck or field medic, to more administrative and supervisory roles. From commissioner meetings and city council meetings, to PIO and interfacing with the public, to budgeting and finance, this program arms recently promoted EMS Professionals with the leadership tools to succeed, and successfully adapt and evolve in their new role.
