Anastasia offers a personal story of her earliest experiences with quality leadership. Jack assists their joint effort, then, to make this story relevant to the focus the show has had throughout the month on leadership, particularly drawing on the work of Anastasia's notable friend, Rabbi Edwin Friedman, now deceased, and his groundbraking work on leadership in family and organizational systems.
