Through leading expeditions across some of the world's most hostile destinations, including Syria, Iraq, Somalia, Congo, and Yemen, Oli France has encountered numerous bleak situations, from earthquakes and avalanches to militias, interrogations and being held at gun point.

Despite these challenges, he has learned that even in the most difficult situations, there is untold beauty to be found if we allow ourselves to see it.

As a result of his experiences, Oli has developed various mental strategies which he will share, along with harrowing and uplifting stories from his intrepid journeys around the globe.
