Women are a force to be reckoned with in the workplace. They are strong, determined, and highly focused. Research has also shown that Fortune 500 companies with a high representation of women on their boards regularly outperform those that do not. In fact, The number of women holding the position of CEO in 2021 at Fortune 500 companies is at an all-time high. Current statistics 29% of all senior management roles, globally, are fulfilled by women, and 87% of global businesses have at least one woman in a senior management position.
