Description

Bibliotherapy, or the reading of stimulating or erotic literature, can be part of the whole process around female sexual satisfaction. In today’s show, Mary and Rachel, makers of Zestra, discuss the national obsession with the bestselling novel, Fifty Shades of Grey. The book (and its two sequels) has received tons of press. Mary and Rachel highlight the discussions and the fact that women are engaging in the important discussion around their sexuality in much greater numbers – in carpool lines and in the bedroom with their partners. Bibliotherapy is one of the many useful techniques suggested by leading female sexual health expert, Dr. Susan Kellogg.
