We had the honour of speaking with a current record holder Jack Fleckney this week on the podcast.   Jack is a former Royal Marine, former rugby player and currently holds the record for Ski Erg  283,131 metre in 24 hours. We were grateful to have him on to speak about some of his past challenges and to speak about some of the upcoming challenges he is looking at completing, including another record attempt. This time Jack will be attempting to complete as many chin up in 24 hours as possible, The current record stands at a whopping 5,340.   Jack is also training to compete in the marathon des sables, a gruelling race which take place of stages in the Sahara desert covering 250km at temperature in excess of 50 degree centigrade!  Jack is doing this to help raise money form some great charities if you'd like to donate please check out the link below.
