This week's guests: Vlada Lisinenko

Vlada Lisinenko guides from her creative spirit and passion. She is the founder and author of transformative forms and exercises (guided visualisations, Art as Medicine, Beauty as Medicine, Breath as Medicine, Metta-Morphosis, Doodling Alchemy, 'Beeldreflectie'), including 'The Raisin' (known from mindfulness). Her spiritual journey began in adolescence in her native Kiev. Besides her independent development full of contemplation, philosophy, dance, music, poetry and art, she learned Buteyko breathing techniques, transmeditations and deep energetic work originating from Tibet (further developed by Kalinauskas).

She chose to follow her passion in graphic design and illustration after studying Telecommunications at university. She soon combined this in her work as a coach and trainer.

In the Netherlands, she continued her path both independently and through education, training and retreats.

In her guidance through coaching and retreats, she combines her own tools with the Better Breathing method, (quantum) hypnosis, regression, reincarnation and the protocol work from Altazar Mystery school.

For the last 1,5 years, Vlada lives in Sweden, where she immerses, creates and writes in the midst of nature. Her living place on an authentic farm with a beautiful training room, offers the opportunity to host people for retreats and other spiritual events.
