- Do I allow myself to feel a full range of emotions, including happiness, sadness, anger, and joy?
- Do I have a positive relationship with my body and practice self-acceptance?
- Do I make time for self-care and prioritize my own well-being?
Journal Prompts to assess your level of Self Love at the end of the day
- How did I speak to myself today? Was it kind and compassionate, or did I engage in self-criticism or negative self-talk?
- Did I set boundaries and advocate for my own needs and desires today? If not, what can I do differently tomorrow?
- How did I take care of my physical, emotional, and mental well-being today? What can I do to prioritize self-care tomorrow?
- What mistakes or imperfections did I forgive myself for today? How did this help me feel more loving towards myself?
- What unique qualities or strengths did I embrace today? How did this make me feel?
- How did I allow myself to feel and express a full range of emotions today? What emotions did I experience, and how did I cope with them?
- How did I feel about my body today? What self-care practices can I engage in to improve my relationship with my body?
- What self-care activities did I do today? How did they make me feel?
