Let Go of What No Longer Serves You
What isn’t serving you right now?
Where in your life are you feeling a sense of overwhelm?
These can be indicators that something isn’t working. That you are out of flow.
What’s there? What’s no longer serving you and your highest good?
Perhaps it’s a responsibility or job you’re committed to.
Or a habit deeply ingrained in your routine.
Or a relationship that is no longer fulfilling.
Or even an attitude or mindset that is limiting.
No matter what it is, the intention of today’s meditation is to help you identify those things that are no longer serving you, those habits, attitudes, responsibilities, relationships or ways of being that are keeping you from living your best life, so you can let them go and shine.
Please know that you may already know, or identify during this meditation, something that you need to let go of. But circumstances may make the reality of saying goodbye a process that takes time. That’s okay. Today’s practice will simply help your mind, body and soul shift into letting them go as you take the practical steps to do so in your life.
