Look I got a question it seems some people want to call a guy that tries to get laid a sexual predator girls try to get laid too as long as there is no touching or raping ur not a sexual predator now if the girl says leave me alone and the dude keeps going and is like come on girl let's do this over and over it's bad he is a asshole and may even disserve a ass whippin but I don't think he needs to be fired from his job and locked up cause he is a asshole now if they rape someone kill em for all I care lock em up if u would rather do that but we are all humans who like to have sex so we got to stop trying to ruin peoples lives for trying to get laid in a harmless manner it seems we can't even compliment girls anymore without fear of being labeled something most of us are not. And one more thing I hate this thing called rape culture I for one have never raped anyone or know anyone who has the vast majority of guys don't rape people so why do we use this term if most people don't raped or get raped for something to be a culture it would have to be the vast majority of people doing it. Am I right or wrong

Marcus Phillips The language the fearful ego uses, ALWAYS embellishes its suffering so it can be special and therefor, looked at. It's analygous to a child screaming and crying so mommy pays attention to its minor grievance. The same occurs frequently with the youngest or smallest child. "Mountains from molehills", "Squeeky wheel gets the grease"...yadda, yadda. It's all the same. Egocentric (fearful/insecure) people exaggerate (words, actions, drama, clothing...etc) to bring attention to themselves.

I love this show but I didn't like this episode. The follow up to the interview seemed like they were beating a dead horse.

this episode made me very angry and I had to stop listening. all I hear is that if your rich, and good at sports or comedy or whatever then you shouldn't be held accountable for treating other people poorly. this is what is wrong with our society.

As a sexual assault survivor and someone who is actively involved in a transformative justice proccess related to a sexual assault, I believe you are both missing the point entirely. The question should not be whether or not Louis should work again, it should be whether or not he has adequately shown growth, reform and change. We all live in this world and must participate, if we ostrcize and banish assaulters forever we are adding to the shame and silence around sexual assault. What we need to be doing is asking assaulters to reckon with their history, with the damage it has done and to change their behavior. Misogyny is the insidious root of all of this and hiding it in a corner will not cure our ills.

Emily Ingwersen You incorrectly assume his freak is misogynistic in nature. It's objectification to be certain, but can't be equated with misogyny because there's levels in which people degenerate. I support his freak. What I don't support, was his fear of aligning with mutually willing participants. It's not the act that is dangerous, it was his circumvention of consent.

Emily Ingwersen this is the best I have head sense all this stuff is coming out great speech everyone does stupid stuff now if he raped a lady or kids get rid of him forver but the way I understand it none of the women said he touched them or that they were even scared he probably should not be jurking off in front of people but he needs a second chance

Oh come on, aren't you blowing this up too much? The guy asked if he can jack off, when declined he DID NOT do it. After that he lost MILIONS of dollars because of it. I am confident to say that Louie already suffered more because of this situation, ostricism, hate, and shame than any of those women. Just seeing something disgusting shouldn't be life wrecking. That being said it would be better if Louie made a youtube video apologizing. After that we should show some forgiveness.

Rafał Włodomirski Agreed. This guy has suffered and I think he should apologize for his actions. Probably get some therapy too.

This person thinks he can be absolved of moral responsibility by being ambivalent towards who gets to perform on stage. However, not taking a stance is also a stance, it's a stance that says I don't care who is on my stage as long as it doesn't affect my life. It's the same mentality that makes Zuckerberg and Dorsey look the other way from issues in their platform under the false pretences of neutrality, which, conveniently involves issues that will never touch their white male life. These people are children who can't stand up for marginalized groups because they've never been one - they are juvenile, priviledged, cowards. Kara Swisher needs to grill this dude.

I suspect some people don't feel like there was an adequate "mea culpa" from Louis CK to acknowledge the pain he caused and so he's not allowed to move forward until he goes thru an apology tour. And for some people it won't be enough anyway. But without an acknowledging the past and asking for forgiveness, people aren't ready to move on from the pain. he's acknowledged the past wrongs but maybe not asked for forgiveness enough?
