Here is Lisa….
I want to make the world a better place. It’s that simple.
My career began working in politics and cause advocacy, hoping to encourage and participate in lasting change at a policy level. Empower change — that is what I seek to do. Heck, I even build a consulting company by that name.
Over the years though, I found that empowering positive change in people is essential if we want to see more positiveness in organizations, families or the world.
I believe that we each have the opportunity to build a life that brings us joy and satisfaction. I believe that we each have something inside us, that when shared, can benefit and uplift others and our world.
Unfortunately, too many of us forget that. I love helping people remember.
When volunteering as an adult literacy tutor, leading classes designed to empower people in poverty, instructing college courses for convicted felons, or serving as a mentor on outdoor adventures for at-risk youth, I learned to connect with people where they are with respect and non-judgement.
Now, through this safe and connected space, I work with clients to rediscover their own inner compass and too-often buried treasures.
My passion is helping clients recognize, honor and boldly bring forward their best selves in a way that makes their lives, and our world, better as a result. </figcaption></figure>
