This past International Women's Month, the UN geared the month towards the awareness of equality and dubbed the theme "Women in leadership: achieving an equal future in a covid 19 world". But what does this all mean?



As it stands, women are still over-represented in low-income jobs and under-represented in leadership positions, the pandemic has further shifted this reality into regression.
