Listener Denise--I'm An Agent
Update: 2025-10-02
Description
TODAY on the show we started off with a lot of MLB talk and Terry was trying to decide if he wanted to eat bad food while he watched baseball all day. We decided to put a halt on points as Sarah was going to be gone for a month and we wanted to see how that went. We got into our Days of the Week and did some Sarah B Trending. Sarah gave an update on the drama going on within her Run Club. We also took a bunch of phone calls from some crazy newbies to some old school P1s and even a slight argument and call out with one in particular.
TOMORROW on the show it is TAINT THURSDAY!
CLIP OF THE DAY: Listener Denise--I'm An Agent
1
00:00:00 ,000 --> 00:00:01 ,000
Who's this?
2
00:00:01 ,000 --> 00:00:03 ,000
Good morning, Mr. Nees.
3
00:00:03 ,000 --> 00:00:04 ,000
Oh boy.
4
00:00:04 ,000 --> 00:00:05 ,000
Oh boy.
5
00:00:05 ,000 --> 00:00:11 ,000
I used to be called a hot butter bumpkin in the college days.
6
00:00:11 ,000 --> 00:00:14 ,000
A hot butter bumpkin?
7
00:00:14 ,000 --> 00:00:15 ,000
Bumpkin.
8
00:00:15 ,000 --> 00:00:19 ,000
I don't know why, but then I also called butter face.
9
00:00:19 ,000 --> 00:00:20 ,000
Oh good.
10
00:00:20 ,000 --> 00:00:22 ,000
You could be in my butter cast.
11
00:00:22 ,000 --> 00:00:23 ,000
I know.
12
00:00:23 ,000 --> 00:00:26 ,000
I could be in very instrumental.
13
00:00:26 ,000 --> 00:00:29 ,000
You could be my Miss Butter.
14
00:00:29 ,000 --> 00:00:30 ,000
Okay.
15
00:00:30 ,000 --> 00:00:34 ,000
Hot butter bumpkin or butter face, whichever one you want to say.
16
00:00:34 ,000 --> 00:00:36 ,000
You have a butter face, me.
17
00:00:36 ,000 --> 00:00:37 ,000
Yeah, we do.
18
00:00:37 ,000 --> 00:00:39 ,000
So what's up?
19
00:00:39 ,000 --> 00:00:40 ,000
[Laughter]
20
00:00:40 ,000 --> 00:00:44 ,000
Will you be in, Mr. Nees?
21
00:00:44 ,000 --> 00:00:45 ,000
I've been home.
22
00:00:45 ,000 --> 00:00:46 ,000
Thank God.
23
00:00:46 ,000 --> 00:00:49 ,000
I got released from the old job six months.
24
00:00:49 ,000 --> 00:00:51 ,000
I was captive.
25
00:00:51 ,000 --> 00:00:52 ,000
I don't understand.
26
00:00:52 ,000 --> 00:00:53 ,000
I'm with the new job.
27
00:00:53 ,000 --> 00:00:57 ,000
But with health insurance, I'm with the new job.
28
00:00:57 ,000 --> 00:00:58 ,000
I know.
29
00:00:58 ,000 --> 00:01:07 ,000
And I went to the 20,000 of the savings and thank God the cities pay in my rent.
30
00:01:07 ,000 --> 00:01:08 ,000
Yay.
31
00:01:08 ,000 --> 00:01:11 ,000
So are you, are you still working out at the Navy base?
32
00:01:11 ,000 --> 00:01:16 ,000
Oh no, I never got that job because I can't stand up.
33
00:01:16 ,000 --> 00:01:18 ,000
[Laughter]
34
00:01:18 ,000 --> 00:01:21 ,000
I thought you said you had that.
35
00:01:21 ,000 --> 00:01:23 ,000
Same reason we got this job.
36
00:01:23 ,000 --> 00:01:27 ,000
I was at the hospital last night.
37
00:01:27 ,000 --> 00:01:29 ,000
Oh, that's how I got that job.
38
00:01:29 ,000 --> 00:01:30 ,000
Yeah.
39
00:01:30 ,000 --> 00:01:35 ,000
I got the job at the commissary but I couldn't take it because I had to stand up all day.
40
00:01:35 ,000 --> 00:01:36 ,000
Okay.
41
00:01:36 ,000 --> 00:01:37 ,000
Okay.
42
00:01:37 ,000 --> 00:01:38 ,000
That's what I was trying to confirm.
43
00:01:38 ,000 --> 00:01:41 ,000
But I'm a health insurance agent.
44
00:01:41 ,000 --> 00:01:42 ,000
We know.
45
00:01:42 ,000 --> 00:01:43 ,000
I'm an agent.
46
00:01:43 ,000 --> 00:01:44 ,000
Yes.
47
00:01:44 ,000 --> 00:01:46 ,000
I like that term.
48
00:01:46 ,000 --> 00:01:47 ,000
Don't you?
TOMORROW on the show it is TAINT THURSDAY!

I like that term.
48
00:01:46 ,000 --> 00:01:47 ,000
Don't you?
