David Cates works with groups to create a deeper, heart-centered, embodied sense of ease and connection between participants. With his loving guidance, we move naturally and gently from isolation and anxiety toward trust and openness. By breathing together, opening our senses, slowly moving and exploring, taking time to really see and feel each other — magic happens! Everyone arrives in the present moment, and the group heart field comes together. We can literally feel our hearts beating as one. The Group Heart Game was recorded at the Ecosex Symposium, in Portland, Oregon, on June 29, 2012.
